We provide accurate, timely verification so providers can make informed treatment scheduling decisions while reducing unexpected costs for both the practice and the patient. Our goal is to streamline the verification process, improve reimbursement, and support a smooth patient experience.

FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing simplifies the transition from an individual provider contract to a group insurance contract. Our team manages the enrollment process by coordinating with insurance carriers, updating your practice information, submitting the required documentation, and tracking each application through completion. Whether you're adding providers, expanding your practice, or converting from solo practice to a group, we guide you through every step of the process. It is important to note that group contracting requirements vary by insurance carrier. Many insurance companies require a practice to have at least three providers to be credentialed together, at the same time, before converting the solo practice to a group practice contract, while other insurance carriers may require to have a total of six providers be credentialed at the same time. Additional criteria- such as practice structure, tax identification number, and state-specific requirements-may also apply. Our team evaluates each payer's requirements and guides you through the process to help determine when your practice is eligible for group contracting and ensures all enrollment requirements are met.

Blue Cross Blue Shield consists of independently operated plans across the United States, which can make credentialing and billing more complex. FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing helps providers navigate these requirements by ensuring they are enrolled with the appropriate Blue Cross Blue Shield plan and understand how the BlueCard® program applies to out-of-state members.
For example, if a provider is licensed and practicing in New Jersey and sees a patient who has Florida Blue (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida) coverage, the provider may still be considered in network through the BlueCard program, provided the provider is participating with their local Blue Cross Blue Shield plan and the patient is physically located in New Jersey at the time services are rendered. In most cases, claims are submitted to the provider’s local Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, which coordinates payment with the member’s home plan.
Because Blue Cross Blue Shield policies can vary based on the member’s plan, the type of service provided, and whether services are rendered in person or via telehealth, our team verifies eligibility, network participation, and billing requirements before services are provided. This helps reduce claim denials and ensures claims are submitted correctly for timely reimbursement.
At FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing, we believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Our fees are based on the specific services requested, the number of providers, the insurance carriers involved, the complexity of the enrollment or billing needs, and the scope of work required.
Before any work begins, we provide a clear proposal outlining the services included, associated costs, and payment terms so you know exactly what to expect. If additional services are requested outside the original agreement, we will discuss them with you and obtain your approval before any additional charges are incurred.
Our goal is to provide cost-effective, high-quality credentialing and billing solutions while maintaining complete transparency throughout the process, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care with confidence.
FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing provides comprehensive prior authorization support to help minimize treatment delays and reduce administrative burdens for healthcare providers. Our process begins by verifying the patient’s insurance benefits and determining whether prior authorization is required for the requested service.
We obtain and review the payer’s authorization requirements, gather the necessary clinical documentation from the provider, complete and submit the authorization request, and communicate directly with the insurance company throughout the review process. Our team closely monitors the status of each request, responds promptly to requests for additional information, and follows up until an approval or determination is received.
If an authorization is denied, we assist with the appeals process by reviewing the denial, coordinating with the provider for supporting documentation, and submitting the appropriate appeal when applicable. Our goal is to help ensure medically necessary services receive timely authorization while reducing delays in patient care and improving practice efficiency.
At FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing we are very big on answering emails and/or texts to our clients. We are the only company opened seven days a week, for over twelve hours + a day. If you cannot reach us on the phone that is because we are always on with insurance companies. If you email or text, we will respond almost immediately. If the matter is urgent, we will call you.

Every client receives personalized support from our experienced team, and we are committed to keeping you informed throughout every stage of the credentialing and billing process.
We provide regular status updates on credentialing applications, enrollments, billing activities, claim resolutions, and other ongoing projects. Our team is available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide guidance through phone, email, and other approved communication methods during normal business hours.
We pride ourselves on timely responses, proactive communication, and transparency. If an issue arises, we work quickly to identify the cause, explain the next steps, and provide solutions to keep your practice moving forward. Our goal is to build long-term relationships by delivering reliable support, honest communication, and exceptional customer service you can depend on.
We begin credentialing applications the same day you sign up. The same day you will get copies of all credentialing applications that were submitted.
The timeline for results depends on the services you need and the insurance carriers involved. While some tasks—such as insurance benefit verification, eligibility checks, and claims follow-up—can often be completed within one business day, credentialing and provider enrollment timelines are determined by each insurance company and may take several weeks to several months.
At FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing, we expedite every application by ensuring documentation is complete, submitted accurately, and actively monitored throughout the process. We follow up regularly with insurance carriers, promptly address requests for additional information, and keep you informed with status updates every step of the way.
Although we cannot guarantee insurance processing times, our proactive approach helps reduce avoidable delays and positions your practice for the fastest possible approval and reimbursement timeline. Our goal is to get your providers credentialed, enrolled, and billing successfully as efficiently as possible.

No. In most cases, being in-network at one practice does not automatically make you in-network at a new practice or location. Insurance companies generally require providers to be linked to each new group practice, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and service location before claims can be processed as in-network.
If you are joining a new group practice, opening your own practice, or adding an additional office location, enrollment updates are typically required with each insurance carrier. Depending on the payer, this may involve adding you to an existing group contract, submitting a new provider enrollment, or completing a location update.
FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing manages this entire process by submitting the required documentation, communicating directly with insurance companies, tracking your enrollment, and confirming your network status. Our goal is to ensure you are properly linked to your new practice so you can begin seeing patients and billing insurance with minimal delays.
Starting a group practice involves more than simply hiring providers. To operate successfully and bill insurance under a group, you’ll need to establish the appropriate business structure, obtain the necessary federal and state registrations, and complete the required insurance enrollments.
Depending on your practice and location, this may include:
Forming your business entity (LLC, PLLC, PC, etc., as applicable)
Obtaining an Employer Identification Number (EIN)
Applying for a Type 2 National Provider Identifier (NPI) for the group
Enrolling your group with Medicare, Medicaid (if applicable), and commercial insurance carriers
Adding and linking individual providers to the group contract
Registering with CAQH and maintaining provider profiles
Setting up your practice management and billing systems
Establishing your tax IDs, service locations, and payer enrollments
FastTrack Credentialing & Therapeutic Billing provides comprehensive support throughout the entire process. From forming your group practice and obtaining the necessary identifiers to enrolling your organization with insurance carriers and adding providers, we guide you every step of the way. Our goal is to ensure your practice is properly established, compliant, and ready to begin seeing patients and billing insurance as efficiently as possible.
